VENDOR RULES and REGULATIONS:

Application deadline: March 10, 2017

  • No refunds will be issued
  • This is a “Rain or Shine” event
  • Space assignments are issued on a first-come-first-serve basis
  • Vendor booths must be occupied during all festival hours
  • Vendors will retain 100% of gross sales
  • Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting Texas State Sales Tax
  • Vendors are responsible for their own product and liability insurance
  • Eligible applicants who did not receive a space assignment will be on a waiting list and spaces will be filled only from this list.
  • Generators are not permitted and each vendor will be responsible for furnishing electrical cords for their booths.
